Our favorite breakfast: vanilla cocoa porridge

Winter brings along shorter, colder, and darker days. It is precisely on such days that we come across those special moments that only the cold season can gift us – if possible, accompanied by snow!

For instance, a cozy Sunday morning at home preparing this heartwarming breakfast: a porridge with vanilla and cocoa which is mouthwatering!

It is also in Winter when our skin succumbs to dryness and it is vital to support it from the inside. The easiest way is by adding Natur’Marine Collagen to your porridge.

Here is our delicious recipe for vanilla and cocoa porridge!

Muesli ingredients:

  • rolled oats
  • milk of your choice
  • Water
  • One tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • A spoonful of Natur’Marine Collamin
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla paste

Toppings:

  • Your favorite fruits and nuts. We chose banana, hazelnut, apple, cocoa nibs and honey.

Preparation:

Add all the ingredients to a pan and cook the mixture until the oatmeal is cooked through. Top it off with your favorite nuts and fruits. You can really add anything you’re craving for.

And voilà! This is our decadent and comforting breakfast with a boost of collagen!
