• 1/2 cup oat flour
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp vegan milk of choice
• 2 tbsp peanut butter
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract

• A pinch of salt
• 1 tbsp butter or oil

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the oat flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
